Fair play & non-affiliation policy
At Pentagon Titans Softball Academy, we uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and fairness in coaching. As such, all Pentagon Titans coaches operate independently and hold no official affiliation with any schools where they conduct training.
Furthermore, any student under the care of Pentagon Titans coaches in their respective schools will not receive any special attention or preferential treatment regarding school team selection, competition opportunities, or any other school-related matters. Our commitment is to provide equal opportunities for all athletes based on merit, effort, and skill development.
This policy ensures a fair and unbiased coaching environment, reinforcing our dedication to fostering a positive and ethical sports culture.
fees & Payment
All fees are to be paid on a timely basis (post-dated cheques or instalment options will not be accepted). Training kit items are non-exchangeable or replaceable for any form of monetary discount.
Non-payment of course fees by the stipulated payment date will result in forfeiting of placement for the following sessions.
All fees paid are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferable.
Pentagon Sports Singapore is not obligated to provide any reminders for payments or withdrawal notifications.
There will be no refund of fees or make-up classes for missing part/whole lesson, absenteeism, no-show and/or if the Academy closes due to contagious diseases or unforeseen circumstances. This includes mandatory closures by the governing authorities.
Credits will be considered for any cancellations by the Academy. Credits, if granted, may be utilised to offset future lessons, with a validity of 1 year from the date of issue or a given validity period.
Medical or holiday credit per term (non-accumulative) may be granted upon a valid Medical Certificate or Proof of Travel documents. Holiday credit pertains only to family-planned holidays. The credit shall apply towards the next immediate fee collection due and is non-exchangeable for any monetary form/discount, and shall expire thereafter. This will not apply for withdrawing/ discontinuing signups who will not be continuing with their enrolment.
Pentagon Sports Singapore reserves the right to review all course applications and to offer/decline any application which is deemed unsuitable for the courses offered.
HEALTH & sAFETY
If a trainee is found unwell, Pentagon Sports Singapore reserves the right to stop him/her from attending the lessons. Pentagon Sports Singapore is not liable for trainee’s medical needs.
Pentagon Sports Singapore accepts no liability for any personal injury or death arising from participation, loss or damage caused in the duration of its courses nor for any mishap whilst rendering its services. The Academy is not liable for valuables placed within the premises.
All trainees undertake to participate all activities conducted by Pentagon Sports Singapore in good faith, and if, in the duration of its courses, perform a deliberate or negligent act causing any form of injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to any person or any damage to or loss of any property of any person, indemnify Pentagon Sports Singapore if that suffering person makes claims or takes against Pentagon Sports Singapore or Pentagon Sports Singapore has to pay for costs or expenses.
To maintain a conducive and safe environment for all, Pentagon Sports Singapore may refuse entry/dismiss any person from the premises if he/she displays aggressive/abusive/deemed inappropriate behavior, or if his/her presence compromises safety/causes disturbance.
GENERAL
Pentagon Sports Singapore reserves all rights on any material provided to the trainees. No copying, reproduction and resale of any materials is allowed.
Parents/Guardians are to inform the Academy of changes to personal particulars.
The personal information collected by Pentagon Sports Singapore is for the use of course registration, course survey, account servicing of course related activities, receiving of news and updates on Pentagon Sports Singapore courses and activities. Pentagon Sports Singapore is committed on maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information and undertakes not to reveal any information to any third parties (other than authorized data intermediaries) without prior consent. If you suspect your data has been compromised, please inform our administrative team.
Pentagon Sports Singapore reserves all rights to photographs, sound and video recordings taken during the lessons and activities. The Academy may use the photographs, sound and video recordings for training, publicity, and marketing purposes. Permission will not be sought from any individual.
Acceptance of the Rules and Regulations by Pentagon Sports Singapore applies to all courses offered.
Pentagon Sports Singapore reserves all rights to amend the above rules and information.
